Soft skills are the actual hard skills

Everything is in motion. Always! Also the approaches for consulting, coaching and support of personalities and organizations: "Consulting in Transformation"!

My mission statement as a companion, consultant and coach: "We look at the entire environment and focus on the individual".

"My core positions and functions are to give people an overview, understanding and orientation in their work environments".

"By developing individual skills, I increase the identification, motivation, trust and commitment of employees, key people and decision-makers".

My service portfolio

Communication management

The indicator of the success of a transformation is the communication performance. Tailored to the structure and culture of your organization. With your input, I holistically create communication concepts and accompany you during the implementation. Since transformations can be highly dynamic, we continually review the concept and I suggest appropriate adjustments where necessary.

Systemic business coach

As a trained systemic business coach, I conduct individual coaching with executives, employees and key people. This qualification was a logical consequence of my many years as a sparring partner for company leaders. I can consciously take off my hat as a classic consultant when conducting exclusive coaching sessions

Organisational Development

The construction and restructuring of organizations does not simply consist of changing organizational charts. I accompany people in building the skills they need for new tasks and pay particular attention to the development of soft skills.

Employer Attractiveness

How do you attract and retain top performers and high potentials for your company? The need for action has become existential for many companies. Employer branding for the 'War of Talents' is what they call it today; I call it 'convincing people' and have developed suitable methods for this.

Change Management

During a transformation, the individual selection and timing of change management measures are a crucial factor for success. In planning, and when carrying out individual steps, I pay particular attention to the so-called "soft" factors of an organization and promote the soft skills of managers.

Conflict Management

Before and during a transformation, open conflicts often arise between the individual participants. Their nerves are on edge. I have extensive experience in solving problematic disputes. The result of my intervention is not only helpful for the people directly involved, but for the entire organization.

Medistion

Significantly influenced by digitalization, transformation today increasingly means that different departments or divisions have to cooperate and communicate. Sometimes getting there is difficult, because the notorious silo mentality has to be broken down first. Supporting as a neutral mediator, I help organizations overcome this hurdle.

Structure and Process Analysis

Based on individual interviews, I carry out analyses of organizational structures. Who are the players in the process? Where are formal responsibilities and how does the informal dynamic work in the invisible bottom part of the iceberg? The individual results form an overall picture that serves as the basis for strategic decisions on the methodical approach before and during a transformation.

Supply Chain Management

I have analysed, implemented and accompanied a large number of transformation projects in national and international procurement and logistics, both operationally and strategically. This results in my expertise in end-to-end goods movements and value creation in the supply chain.

Representation

Establishing new business models and cooperations requires convinced and convincing leaders. In the case of complex projects, a large number of different stakeholders must be informed and won over by the ideas. Therefore, it’s essential to build trust and to prove that it’s justified. I take on these “ambassador” tasks, e.g. by leadingg representative offices or acting as negotiator.
